3. Bath Maintenance: |
(1) Analyze bath liquid each shift and make compensation of ammonium hydrogen fluoride and JH-C1 by the ratio of 8:1.
(2) During the production process, precipitate of aluminum fluoride may occur,bath liquid should be filtered regularly.
(3) The pH value is adjusted with hydro chloric acid. |
