| JH-S100 Middle Temperature Sealing Agent (Solid) |
JH-S100 is light green solid. The product is suitable to the sealing treatment of anodized film on aluminum and aluminum alloy, specially to the sealing treatment of anodizing film after dyed.
I. The quality of sealing is good, dyestuff is not faded, "sealing smut" does not occur.
II. Bath is stable, with strong against foreign ions ability. The maintenance of bath is easy. |

3. Bath Maintenance: |
(1) In order to decrease contamination to bath liquid, aluminum profile must be washed carefully before sealing (specially for dyed aluminum profiles). The pH value in rinsing water is not lower than 4.5.
(2) during the normal production, analyse the concentrations of Nii2+ and pH value daily.
a. Keep the concentration of Ni2+ at 1.0-1.3g/L,not less than 0.8g/L.
b. Control pH value at 5.8±0.2.If pH value is not met to process requirement, adjust pH value with diluted acetic acid solution diluted ammonium water (or NaOH solution). Generally speak, during the production, the pH will decrease little.
c. The concentration of Nii2+ will increase 0.17g/L, per 1g/L added JH-S100 in to bath.
(3) Clear up the sediment on the bottom of bath regularly. |
